Research risk framework

Bank columns representing YieldGuard data and workflow controls
YieldGuard can reduce decision-process risk by exposing stale data, missing evidence, policy mismatches, methods, fees, and assumptions. These controls do not remove the financial risks of an underlying product.
Tokenised Treasury products are not the same as holding a Treasury bill or an insured bank deposit. Capital and returns are not guaranteed, and every allocation decision remains with the professional user.

What YieldGuard can and cannot control.

YieldGuard can flag stale or missing data, inconsistent calculations, policy mismatches, absent proof, undisclosed assumptions, method changes, and audit gaps. Lens shows source dates and data confidence; controlled workflows add policy and evidence records.

YieldGuard cannot remove the risks of an underlying product, issuer, custodian, redemption path, stablecoin, technology, jurisdiction, or execution provider. YieldGuard does not protect capital, insure deposits, or guarantee a modelled or actual return.

Decision packets can record sources, assumptions, exclusions, methods, policy-screening results, and replay evidence so another person can review the process. Integrity checks can show whether disclosed files changed; they do not prove economic safety or legal suitability. YieldGuard Ltd is a technology provider, registered in England and Wales, company number 16914415. YieldGuard does not hold assets or private keys, provide investment advice, act as broker or dealer, or exercise discretionary investment management. Regulated activity remains with authorised external providers.
