Cookie Policy

DRAFT (pending legal review). This page is a placeholder, which is not legally binding.

This is a plain-language draft summary of the cookies, analytics and telemetry that this website may use. It is provided for transparency while the binding policy is prepared.

Nothing on this page is a binding commitment or a complete description of our use of cookies. The final, binding cookie policy will be published after legal review.

Analytics and telemetry (draft)

This website may load a web analytics service to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site. This can set cookies or use similar technologies in your browser. The exact categories of cookies used, their purposes, their durations, and the providers involved are to be confirmed by legal review.

Lens may also send minimal, fire-and-forget telemetry about interactions (for example, that an action was clicked, or an access request was submitted). Anonymous interaction telemetry carries no contact details, and contact details are only sent when you explicitly consent. How this relates to cookies and consent is described in our draft privacy notice and is to be confirmed by legal review.

The public Lens data read needs no personal data

Lens displays its macro-to-treasury snapshot by reading a public data contract at /data/lens/latest.json. This read itself does not require any personal data, does not set cookies, and does not identify you. It simply fetches a public-safe snapshot that contains no secrets, no customer data and no recommendations.

Managing cookies (draft)

You can usually control or delete cookies through your browser settings. A cookie-preferences control may also be offered in the footer of this website. The full detail of how preferences are recorded and respected is to be confirmed by legal review.

This draft is informational only. It does not create rights or obligations, and may change in full prior to finalisation. For questions while the binding policy is being prepared, please use our contact page.
