Risk

YieldGuard maintains institutional-grade risk controls for ERC 4626 vault positions on Arbitrum, auto-pausing new deposits when risk signals diverge beyond thresholds while keeping withdrawals open.
Deposit auto-pause triggers: Proof staleness exceeds 60 minutes or NAV divergence meets or exceeds 0.30%. Professional eligibility is always required.

Deposit auto-pause and concentration controls
Deposits automatically pause when reserve proof is stale beyond 60 min or NAV divergence is at or above 0.30%. Withdrawals always remain open under these controls to minimize user risk exposure and support liquidity.
Hard issuer concentration caps govern wrapper allocation, ensuring no single issuer exceeds the set maximum. A minimum liquidity buffer policy keeps excess cash available, enforced such that the router cannot cross cap boundaries.
Audit readiness is ensured with deterministic calculation reproducibility, signed calculation hashes, and a full audit trail for valuation and rate outputs. This supports transparency and institutional audit requirements.
